What we collect
When you make a reservation or send us an enquiry — by phone, WhatsApp, or email — we collect only the details you choose to give us: your name, contact number, email address, and any notes about your booking (party size, date, time, dietary requests). We do not run accounts, and we do not ask for more than a booking needs.
How we use it
Your details are used for one purpose: to arrange and confirm your reservation or answer your enquiry. We may contact you about your specific booking. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing, and we do not send unsolicited promotional messages.
Ordering & delivery partners
If you order through GrabFood, your information is handled by Grab under their own privacy policy — not by us. We only receive what is needed to prepare and hand over your order.
Keeping & removing your data
We keep booking details only as long as needed to serve you and to keep sensible business records. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time — just contact us and we will take care of it.
